The fat bald cousin of Cthulhu
Another of the plethora of sketchbook pages I have done over the last couple of years. I enjoy the character on the bottom of the http:page, he has a personality about him.
I believe this page was done in January of 2009. This was the begining of my heavy exploration of texture, wrinkles and interesting detail.
Christian Hammer is a Jack of all trades and I like to think of myself as a modern Renaissance man. I have worked in nearly every creative field, from comic books to medical illustration, And have a classical Fine Arts education (BFA).
I am an artist, inventor, cartoonist, illustrator and Serial Entrepreneur who loves to help other people find their own passions in life, and strive to reach their goals.
This blog serves two purposes, it houses my sketchbook and portfolio and is meant to demonstrate technique and process in sketching, drawing, painting and digital painting. If you ask nicely I might even post some of his secret Photoshop tricks.
