Yikes, what the heck happened on this page? A Giant Catfish, Cobra Commander, I big bug, a gladiator robot armor, and a chicken lizard with tusks. None of these were the intent, but in the end they each remind me of something else.
In the sense that they all remind me of something already designed, they are all failures. How’s that for insighteful? It was a particularly odd evening to draw. Why? Heck if I know, it just was tough to draw, maybe having something to do with unusually high stress levels.
Christian Hammer is a Jack of all trades and I like to think of myself as a modern Renaissance man. I have worked in nearly every creative field, from comic books to medical illustration, And have a classical Fine Arts education (BFA).
I am an artist, inventor, cartoonist, illustrator and Serial Entrepreneur who loves to help other people find their own passions in life, and strive to reach their goals.
This blog serves two purposes, it houses my sketchbook and portfolio and is meant to demonstrate technique and process in sketching, drawing, painting and digital painting. If you ask nicely I might even post some of his secret Photoshop tricks.
