Creature Design of the Week

Every once in a while I jump over to the conceptart.org site to check out the creature design of the week contest. Usually when I am in a bit of a funk, creatively speaking. The topic for the week was Cannibal Mother, and this page has a couple of sketches based on that topic.

Using the Concept Art Creature Design of the Week contest gives me a topic to sketch, and usually is effective in opening a whole wellspring of new ideas.
