I wish I knew the name, it comes in REALLY cheap sketchbooks that have a corrugated cardboard cover. I think the whole sketchbook thing was like $3 or less. I like them because of the wired flecks of color and mid tonality, and because they are dirt cheap. here is a nicer version of them http://www.misterart.com/g5289/Cachet-Earthbound-Sketch-Books.htm I stumbled across my supply and bought the entire stock.
